As Co-Owner of Perpetua Fitness, I discovered CrossFit in 2012 when I moved from Galway to Dublin to work for Google Ireland. Over the past decade, I have worked with a wide range of athletes, bringing extensive coaching experience to Perpetua. I started in classes just like any other member, gradually earning coaching certificates, shadowing classes, and deepening my knowledge in the CrossFit space. Today, I am the Co-Owner, Director of Fitness, and Head Coach at Perpetua, leading a strong team of coaches.
I am a two-time CrossFit Games Team Regionals athlete with significant competitive experience, from local competitions in Ireland to major European events. I continue to compete in CrossFit competitions and train for upcoming events, with my best individual finish in the CrossFit Open being 31st fittest man in Europe in 2017
Doing this for many years pushed me to seek a career in the Fitness Industry.
I qualified over 5 years ago as NEFPC Personal Trainer and KG Elite Strentgh and Conditioning Coach. I have coached people that start from complete beginner to an athlete wanting to compete at the highest level.
Having always had an interest in Weightlifting and Conditioning Style of programs when I came across Crossfit it seemed perfect for me. I started 3 years ago under coaches at RF Strength and Conditioning and from that day I have been hooked on becoming a better coach and improving my own abilities daily. I have since competed in many team competitions and have qualified as a Level 1 Crossfit Coach and wanting to further my knowledge and skills even more.
My love for fitness started with martial arts. First boxing, then jiujitsu and now MMA. Throughout my years of training and competing I’ve learned dedication and discipline are key to a long and successful journey in fitness as a whole. It’s one thing to go to the gym or to a class it’s another to keep coming back, that’s where I found my passion in the constant learning and improving found in consistency. You’ll find my classes upbeat, interactive and full of good music. In my Rumble classes I’ll teach you all the skills I’ve picked up from a decade of training and I’ll push you to give it your all in Tread & Shred.
With a background in music and performance, rhythm has always been at the heart of everything I do. My goal as a coach is to lift spirits, push limits, and prove that a workout can feel just as fun as a night out. Expect fun choreo, catchy remixes and high-energy pop and house anthems to keep you smiling! Don’t be surprised if you catch me singing along from the podium, I just can’t resist a good tune!
With an extensive fitness and coaching background, I found myself gravitating toward the social media, content creation and marketing elements of the industry as it allowed me to combine creativity with my passion for fitness and wellbeing. Now, as the Head of Marketing at Perpetua, I am passionate about bringing enjoyable experiences to life for everyone who walks through our doors, while creating an online community where people feel driven to make movement a priority in life. As a Pilates teacher, I have also introduced “Pilates for Performance” to Perpetua, encouraging all of our community to move and perform even better.
My passion for fitness and movement began at an early age practicing various sports and seeing my parents as a great example in their competitions. These experiences inspired me to become a physiotherapist to study “movement” and later, a CrossFit trainer. Movement for me, is the way we explore the world and learn, also is the way we interact with the environment in order to complete a task. Better you move, the more efficient you are.
I see fitness as the ultimate tool to improve the way you move, prevent injuries and empower people throughout their lives!
As a coach, I pay a lot of attention to technique, adequate movement standards, and making sure everyone has fun! I'm looking forward to seeing you on the gym floor!
I have just recently returned home to Ireland after two years living in Vancouver. I have most recently worked as a climate change specialist and as a Crossfit coach! As a coach I love seeing member’s confidence grow bit by bit in the class environment as they become more comfortable with the movements and being able to influence them in their lives outside the gym positively.
I have spent most of my life being involved in some form of exercise. I started swimming at 6 years old but never really tried hard and let fear of not being good enough hold me back. That changed when I started Crossfit and found that it didn’t really matter if I was good enough or not and if I gave my full effort that was enough.
I have coached people in swimming, strength and conditioning and crossfit of all different ages and I think helping people stay active and live the best lives they can will always be part of my life on some level.

My passion for health and fitness has always been a central part of my life, and my experience at Perpetua has only deepened this passion. From a young age, I aspired to teach, and becoming a Personal Trainer at Perpetua has allowed me to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. Guiding individuals to achieve their fitness goals and helping them discover a love for what I am so passionate about is incredibly rewarding.
I discovered spin in college as a fun way to move my body. Over the years, as I dedicated more time to being a rider, I found peace and freedom in the ride room. Spin became cathartic—a way to reconnect with myself, to release, to reset.
Peace doesn’t always need silence. I love the music, the energy, the dance of Rhythm Ride.
When I moved here from Boston, the first thing I did was find a ride studio. Perpetua and Rhythm Ride had exactly the vibe and community I was looking for. It quickly became my home here—and gave me the courage to take the leap from rider to instructor.
Now, I hope my riders can find what they need in the ride room—whatever that may be.
With a background in dance performance and teaching, I bring a pulsating, meditative energy to Rhythm Ride at Perpetua. Think of my class as an intimate club night — where you can move, sweat, and completely lose yourself in the music. Expect challenging programmes set to cheeky house and groovy techno, with a side of Nicki Minaj and Rosalía bangers.
What are you waiting for? Come ride with me.
I’ve been doing CrossFit since I was 12, so I bring nearly 10 years of personal experience to my coaching. I know firsthand what it takes to stay consistent, build strength, and push past limits.
My classes are high intensity, focused on helping you perform your best and reach your goals.
When it comes to nutrition, my approach is all about fueling your body effectively both inside and outside of the gym so you can train hard, recover quickly, and feel your best.
From an early age, I’ve had a strong passion for sport, which naturally guided me toward a career in health and fitness. I began my journey as a coach because I’ve always been driven by the desire to help others - whether through one-to-one training or in a group environment - supporting people in achieving their strength, performance, and body composition goals.
I believe in leading by example and strive to set the standard for my clients, offering both guidance and inspiration. For me, coaching isn’t just about training; it’s about providing the support and motivation that helps others realise their full potential.
Growing up in the US as a dancer, my fitness journey didn’t start in a gym. When I moved to Dublin for college, I had to redefine what movement meant to me as my health became a top priority. Rhythm Ride at Perpetua became the perfect way to stay active while using the skills and discipline I’d learned from dance—while feeling like I was at a rave. Now as a coach and part of the Front of House team at Perpetua, I love connecting with clients and creating a space that’s welcoming, encouraging, and full of energy. In my classes, I guide riders through challenging pushes while learning proper form to build strength and endurance - with heavy bass drops. I want to show riders that you can do the hard stuff, and leave the room feeling your best!
Coming from a professional dance background, fitness has always been a priority in my life. Back in 2024 while working as a dancer on a cruise ship docked out of Miami I started going to spin classes more frequently and completely fell in love with the idea of following a rhythm and beat on the bike along with adding choreography. I found it so invigorating and at the same time really meditative. I love the idea of a dark room and just tuning in to your own body, no outside stresses or competition with anyone else in the room- it’s rare to find that! In my classes I want to always bring good vibes and energy along with a moment to turn inward and focus on yourself.
Bringing the energy of preforming on stage to the saddle. Having grown up in the dance world my love for music and movement is ever growing.
Something clicked when I stepped into Rhythm Ride at Perpetua. It has taught me to dig deep & go 1% further each class. My classes are designed to feel like a party with the aim of teaching people how to take it to the next level!
Working as a professional dancer for the past 10 years, I’ve always had a deep love for movement and for getting completely lost in rhythm. A few years ago, I took my first rhythm ride class and instantly fell in love with how different it felt from any workout class I’d experienced before. It combined energy, music, movement and connection in a way that felt more like a party than exercise, and it inspired me to create an experience that motivates people, builds confidence, and leaves them feeling empowered while having fun.
I started my journey in health and fitness at an early age in 2015. After playing field sports I soon found a passion for training in the gym just as much. From there the obsession began personally for me and to help others with their own personal goals.
I began coaching soon after in 2017 and have never looked back. I believe all training is beneficial so we can be both functional inside and outside the gym. I went on to coach all levels of athletes from complete beginners to high performing athletes.
When I see people work hard for a goal and make healthy changes in their lives that's why I love what I do. Being involved in that process can be very rewarding experience and It can be a long process, but a worthwhile one.
Hey rider gang, I'm Tony, your bike and beats enthusiast. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, my wife, two pups, and I now call Dublin home. By day, I lead building digital curriculum for students, but when the sun sets, I'm all about unwinding by spinning to killer tracks in a safe, empowering environment for all fitness levels. I believe in the best flex – your health – and whether it’s your first or fiftieth ride, that's what we chase together in the studio. So come on down, strap in, and let’s build a community that celebrates well-being. Can’t wait to ride with you all!
With a background in personal training and yoga, alongside experience in a corporate environment, I take a practical, results-driven approach to movement. I understand the demands of busy schedules and work–life balance, and I help clients build strength, move better, and train consistently in a way that supports both performance and everyday life.
Playing rugby first lead me into a gym at the age of 15 and I fell in love with it straight away as something that guarantees progress if you work hard and remain consistent.
In 2020, I went through a drastic weight loss journey of 36kg which concluded with me finally stepping into a CrossFit gym. I was drawn in by the competitive nature and the unrivalled buzz you find in the classes. From that point I have gone on to compete in CrossFit competitions around Ireland as well as HYROX races around Europe.
I am a qualified personal trainer, CrossFit Level 1 coach, and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. I have worked with beginners, to athletes prepping for competitions and races, in both an online and in-person setting. I truly believe that what we do within the gym walls translates into making us more confident and functional in our day to day lives.
I first discovered Rhythm Ride as a rider back in May 2025, and from my very first class I was hooked. What I love most is the way the studio becomes a space where you can fully switch off from the outside world—45 minutes to get lost in the music, move with intention, and just be completely present on the bike.
By day, I work a 9–5 in finance, but fitness has become a huge passion of mine—which is what led me to coaching. Being able to combine that passion with the energy of the Rhythm Ride studio is something I’m incredibly excited about.
The coaches at Perpetua were a huge inspiration to me when I started. I learned so much from every single one of them, and that same energy and guidance is something I’m really passionate about bringing into my own classes.
You can expect a strong focus on form, rhythm, and connection to the ride—helping you feel confident and powerful on the bike.
My favourite vibe? Climbs. There’s nothing better than pushing through together and finding that strength you didn’t know you had.
Can’t wait to ride with you
