The Studio Lead plays a critical role in maintaining the standard, energy, and consistency of the in‑studio experience across all classes and locations.

Role Overview

  • The Studio Lead retains responsibility for Front of House scheduling and standards while taking greater accountability for the overall studio environment, people leadership, operational quality, and day‑to‑day decision‑making.
  • As Perpetua continues to grow and open additional locations, the Studio Lead acts as the on‑site owner representative, ensuring the space operates to Perpetua’s brand standards even when senior leadership is not present.

Studio Operations

  • Oversee daily studio operations.
  • Act as first point of contact for any studio‑related issues during shifts.
  • Maintain studio presentation and atmosphere.
  • Oversee and conduct structured daily walkthroughs meet Perpetua standards and compliance requirements.

Front of House Leadership & Development

  • Create, manage, and distribute Front of House rosters.
  • Manage Front of House performance, standards, and accountability.
  • Hire and onboard new Front of House staff when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to studio systems, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to FOH teams to increase engagement, skill and performance.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and development conversations.

Space Ownership & Troubleshooting

The Studio Lead is the first point of responsibility for anything that goes wrong within the studio environment.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Class disruptions.
  • Incident reporting.
  • Member experience issues arising in‑studio.

The goal is that issues are owned, actioned, and closed, not simply flagged. The Studio Lead ensures the studio remains operational, safe, and aligned with Perpetua standards at all times.

Member Experience

  • Ensure a consistently high‑quality in‑studio experience for all members.
  • Handle member queries and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with Front of House to ensure smooth member journeys.
  • Be visible and approachable during peak studio hours.
  • Act as a cultural leader on the studio floor, supporting staff happiness, morale and alignment with brand standards.

Standards, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure studios meet safety and operational standards.
  • Support compliance with health and safety procedures.

Culture & Brand Leadership

  • Model Perpetua values and set the tone for a positive, community‑driven studio environment.
  • Lead by example and uphold Perpetua’s values both in the studio and throughout the wider community.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive and high‑performance culture among staff and members.

Work Location & Schedule

  • This role operates Full-time out of Perpetua Fitness, Dublin 2.
  • The Studio Lead must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends in line with the class timetable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant industry qualifications and proven experience in a fitness studio setting, including experience in operations, team leadership, or studio management.
  • Experience working with Mindbody or similar booking systems preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and premium customer experience.

  • Mix of Duties: Studio floor presence and administrative responsibilities.
